The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective daily administration support to the organisation including providing support to the Chief Executive to include diary management, arranging meetings, taking minutes, drafting documents and powerpoint presentations. 5 GSCEs/O Levels including Maths and English or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years experience within an Admin or Clerical role.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent organisation skills.Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.Strong communication skills.Ability to work on own initiative.Ability to work to deadlines.Accuracy: can ensure data integrity and quality of reports. , Qualification in Business or Administration.Previous experience working in the community and statutory sectors.
