  • Job Title: Administration Officer (Contract)
  • Location: Crawley
  • Hourly Rate: £13.89p/h
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Expected duration of contract: Up to 31st March 2024 but could be extended.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

HRGO Recruitment is looking for a Administration Officer, to join our client estates team based in East Sussex.

Job Summary

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our clients Housing Department. The Business Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the department, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place. This role requires, excellent administration and communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process Invoices
  • Checking with the information on the system,
  • Challenging any issues with providers, uploading them onto the system and processing them for
  • Checking rent accounts for payment and contacting applicants to chase rents.
  • Possible additional administrative work where capacity permits.

Skills and experience required.

  • Microsoft packages - knowledge and experience of working with Excel is a must.
  • Good Communication and excellent organisation skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible in working ethic
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of housing industry regulations and best practices is a plus
