A school in the City of London are recruiting to appoint an Administration Officer to support across their General,Finance and HR divisions.
This position would be suited to someone looking be an Office Manager as the duties do reflect.
Working Days Monday – Friday/09.00-17.00
Short walking distance to a few underground station and buses and local shops
Salary up to 24-28k
Enhanced DBS required.
General
Prepare documents & inputting data for meetings and regulatory bodies
Inventory and ordering new office supplies
Taking notes during company/academic meetings and preparing minutes
Collecting and filing lesson plans from staff
Creating Student correspondence
To create class registers
Maintain student/Academy files
Support Pastoral Care team
Creating & collating assessment paperwork
Work with Course Leader on timetabling & class groupings
Organise student rep meeting
To act as Health & Safety Officer
To act as Deputy Fire Marshall
Finance
Recording Shopify payments on QuickBooks Carry out bookkeeping and reconciling transactions for the company credit cards/petty cash
- general bookkeeping
Uploading suppliers’ invoices
Recording Syllabus income
Creating student invoices & contracting for payment
Cash Flow/Budgeting on Excel
HR
HR across the division (Freelance & Employed - contracts, DBS & relevant documents,
scheduling appraisals)
Managing BrightHR (holiday calendar)
Reviewing and updating policies across the division
