Rate of Pay: £12.36
Location: Magherafelt
Hours: 37 hours
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Duration: 51 weeks
Start Date: 29th April
Job Duties:
The staff member will act as the first point of contact for claimants, and will be responsible for assisting claimants who need to transact their business face to face. This will include claimant orientation, resolving queries, arranging appointments, undertaking interviews, coaching claimants to become more digitally competent and, where appropriate, input new data and change of circumstances updates.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Good communication skills - both oral and written ;
- Good IT skills and experience of using Microsoft word and excel spread sheets and data entry;
- Good time management and organisational skills;
- An ability to work under pressure, and planning/prioritising workloads on a daily basis.
- 5 GCSEs including Maths & English - Certificates required
