Administration Projects Team Manager

Rare opportunity to take your Pensions Projects experience forwards with this long-established Pensions Consultancy as a Projects Team Manager. You will be managing all day-to-day activites within the GMPe Team, so it is imperative to be confident in managing people and developing your team.
Bristol - Hybrid. Office presence is essential to support your team but you will benefit from home-working to support your work/life balance.
About the role

• Managing the day-to-day workflow and allocation of resources to ensure that all project work is completed within agreed timetables
• Actively keeping Consultants and Actuaries responsible for clients updated on the progress of project work and any issues or problems identified
• Ensuring that work is appropriately checked to minimise errors, as well as identifying work that needs peer review and ensuring appropriate peer review is undertaken
• Identifying training needs (and where appropriate, ensure that they are addressed) such that team members can undertake their work
• Attend client meetings/calls and new business presentations as required

• Experience carrying out a similar or related role with a Third-Party Administrators or In-house occupational pension scheme
• Studying towards APMI
• Studying towards AMPI qualification, or APMI qualified. Prince 2 qualification also helpful.
