This role is paying between £28,000 - £30,000 plus annual bonus and fantastic company benefits. Job Description: We are looking for a talented Administrative Supervisor to oversee our clients administrative team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing a team of administrative and sales professionals, working towards deadlines, and meeting SLAs/KPIs. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to streamline administrative tasks and meet departmental goals. Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality of work. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to SLAs. Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team in a professional and timely manner. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute basic marketing activities, such as organising promotional events, managing social media platforms, and assisting with marketing campaigns. Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role is essential, preferably in an administrative or office management capacity. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Knowledge of SLAs/KPIs and experience in meeting and exceeding performance targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
