Job Title: Administrative Analyst

Contract Type: Full Time & Permanent

Location: Hoddesdon – Fully Site Based

Salary: £21,328

RMG – one of the UK’s largest Residential Property Management companies - has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Analyst, based at our Head Office in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR).

This is a permanent, full time, 100% fully site based role, working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. We are happy to discuss flexibility of working hours (but not location) at interview.

As our Administrative Analyst, you will report to the Company Secretarial Team Leader, ensuring the timely and accurate operation of the Back Office department, mainly focusing on Month End/Year End Admin, but also supporting with Mail Operations/Reception when covering for colleagues.

What are some of the tasks you'll be doing?

  • Responsible for the administrative steps of issuing year-end dormant Statutory Accounts for signature.
  • Chasing of Statutory Accounts awaiting signature and filing of these at Companies House; filing of Corporation Tax and Trust Tax
  • Creation of Service Charge Accounts (SCA) Accountant Packs and sending out Service Charge Accounts for signing by clients and auditors.
  • When covering Reception duties, you'll be undertaking tasks such as welcoming visitors, accepting deliveries, opening post, and preparing and franking outgoing mail; you will also undertake the daily banking, batch receipt cheque payments for service charges and completions;

This role would suit someone who is persistent, deadline driven and able to react and adapt to the needs of the business.

What skills / experience are we looking for from our Administrative Analyst?

  • Previous office experience would be beneficial
  • You'll be super organised, hitting deadlines just comes naturally to you!
  • You'll provide a consistent high level of customer service
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Solid problem solving skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Beginner to intermediate user level of MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
  • A full UK driving license would be beneficial
