Job Opportunity: Admin Officer

Location: Omagh, BT78

Pay: £11.99 per hour (Weekly Paid)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 37 hours per week, Flexible Working.

Duration: 3 Months with Option of Extension

Start Date: ASAP

 

Job Duties:

As an Admin Officer based in Omagh, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Office Support:
    • Liaising and corresponding with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team leader and senior management.
    • Assisting in efficient task management for allocated tasks, including filing and documentation.
    • Performing any other duties as required by the team.
  2. Correspondence:
    • Scanning and allocating correspondence received internally, ensuring it reaches the appropriate officer for review.
    • Managing incoming and outgoing post effectively.
  3. Communication:
    • Handling telephone calls in a professional and helpful manner, transferring them to the relevant department when necessary.
    • Responding to queries and requests from internal departments promptly and professionally.
  4. File Management:
    • Organising and maintaining files, including weeding and boxing files for storage.
  5. Ad Hoc Duties:
    • Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as directed by the team leader, deputy business manager, or business manager.

Essential Criteria:

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • 5 GCSEs Including Both Maths & English (A-C Grade or Level 2 equivalent)
  • Basic Access NI Check
  • CTC Check
