The Warsash Maritime School is looking to appoint an Administrative Officer to support the Operations Manager in the Planning and co-ordination of resources for the school's academic and non-credit bearing provision. Including the coordination of cross-campus logistics for cadetships and professional short courses in line with maritime regulatory requirements and Quality processes.
We are looking for an individual who is qualified to Degree level, with a knowledge of Planning and delivery of professional development and complex course delivery, and Quality assurance systems.
You will need good Planning and organisational skills, together with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with academic, fellow support staff, students and external stakeholders.
You will need to be flexible, a self-starter, and work well under pressure; able to use your initiative and problem solve effectively whilst working within a commercial and team environment.
