SalaryThis role is on a full time temporary basis until 21st of June 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Booking patients in for Paediatric blood tests
- Answering telephone inquiries and scheduling appointments using the Cerner system
- Ensuring accurate and timely booking of patients according to healthcare protocols
- Maintaining patient records and confidentiality in compliance with regulations
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient pathways and appointments
- Previous experience in booking patients for medical procedures, preferably in paediatric settings
- Proficiency in using the Cerner system for appointment scheduling
- Possession of a Smartcard for access to healthcare systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and patient information management
