Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the academic team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with institutional policies
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of academic events and meetings
- Supporting student registration and admission processes
- Managing correspondence and responding to enquiries from staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information within the department
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:- A strong background in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
