This is a varied role where IT skills are essential.Duties of the Administrator will include:• Greeting clients and visitors on arrival• Receiving and dealing with telephone calls.• Data entry using Microsoft Packages and CRM systems.• Production of reports and letters using in-house software• Assisting with social media and marketing.• Typing letters, reports and other documents.• Receiving, recording, and distributing incoming mail. • Ensuring outgoing mail is recorded, franked, and sent• Taking card payments for sales invoices.• Photocopying, scanning, and filing as required.Requirements for the Administrator:• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner both over the telephone and in person• Strong IT and data entry skills and confident using a range of programmes including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software.• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.• The ability to work to tight deadlines• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 + (or equivalent). • An IT qualification is desirable.
