We are looking to recruit an Administrator to work on the trade counter for our client in Peterborough hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 to 5:00pm. Online application process so you can register from home.
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and is computer literate.
You will need to be able to manage your own workload independently, whilst assisting with other team members when needed.
Tasks you will cover include, but are not limited to the following: Monitoring emails Answering the phones and assisting with queries Scanning Goods Inwards Contacting clients and customers with updates Organising and preparing bulk paperwork for presentations Uploading important documents to the relevant systems Completing online/over the phone questionnaires with customers and clients Hourly pay rate;
