The Role 

• Processing of Fish Insurance new business and renewal documentation for our clients
• Helping to prepare invoices
• Produce daily documentation for our clients and partners
• Process refunds and direct debit requests
• Demonstrate a real passion for learning about our fantastic industry and customer base
• Liaise with customers via different communication channels, live chat, e-mail and post
• Follow the rules and regulations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop yourself to improve your performance and customer experience.

 The Candidate 

• Eagerness to learn and develop yourself
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Passion to learn about our caring industry
• A passion for providing excellent service 
• Attention to detail
• Embrace and support our culture
• Proven Admin experience
