Main duties & responsibilities
- Accurately maintain the client data base in line with company’s policies.
- Prepare & issue regular management reports.
- Regularly communicate with the general manager to understand business needs & priorities.
- Proactively provide support accordingly.
- To contact new & existing clients.
- Ensuring timely & efficient processing of any new applications.
- Manage the annual subscription payments of members.
- Provide ad-hoc support to management when required.
- Undertake general administration duties.
Key skills & experience
- Administrative experience.
- Microsoft Office experience is essential.
- Professional, dynamic & motivated, with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Organise & prioritise workload to strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact & engage comfortably with individuals at all levels.
- Experience working within a quality management system.
- Knowledge of Microsoft power apps.
