Legal Administrator
Part time, Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week
A busy house builder have a requirement for a Legal Administrator to join their offices based in Stoke. The principle purpose of the role is to work closely with and provide full administrative support to our legal department and oversee the smooth running of the office.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Co-ordinate and implement office procedures
- Provide general administrative support including typing letters, minutes, reports, memos, speeches, updating spreadsheets/data bases, copying, binding, shredding, filing etc.
- Order legal searches when requested
- Taking phones calls and messages,
- Compiling legal packs
- Manage the office and supplies .
- Manage and maintain the meeting room diary.
- Manage the opening stamping and scanning of incoming post.
- Arrange the outgoing post
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods
- Be reliable and trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and be discrete
- Have a flexible and positive approach to work and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Be proficient in a number of Microsoft software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
This is a part time role, working Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week (3 hours per day).
The salary is offer is dependant on experience (this will be pro rata), with additional company benefits including pension, healthcare and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
