Role: Contract Support Administrator
Location: Nuneaton
Duration: Full time Permanent
Salary: 23,000
Controlling the orders from the Client utilising Clients system
Passing jobs to the relevant Engineers or Sub-contractors
Utilising Completion Reports to issue Invoicing Team or Contracts Engineers with folders
Chase missing paperwork up from direct labour force or sub-contractors
Pass technical queries from Operatives / Sub-contractors to the relevant Contracts Engineers
Take calls from clients, suppliers and Operatives
Complete regular filing to ensure all electronic job files are up to date
Offer administration support to Contracts Engineers, Projects Engineers, Compliance Manager, Senior Contract Support and Ops Manager
Assist with the Contracts Engineers Work In progress reports
Keep work planner up to date
Schedule in reactive works, minor works, servicing works and planned projects
Processing PO's, delivery notes ready for invoicing and issue to head office
Assisting the Helpdesk function during busy periods for the reactive work stream
