SalaryWise May are looking for a Team Administrator to join a lovely Insurance company based in Liverpool.
Duties to include:
- Typing up meeting or travel notes after business trips
- Typing up recordings
- Accuracy for proof reading documents
- Attending expert meetings and typing up Expert memos
- Diary Management for all Fee Earners
- Support on projects and initiatives, in a proactive manner
- Collating and processing timesheets and entering expenses as required
- Coordinating and booking travel and hotel arrangements including Visa's
- Assisting with the arrangements of events and entertainment
- Booking meeting rooms and sending meeting invitations
- Assisting with the production of presentations and other materials
- Assisting with marketing activities
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30, hybrid working.
