We are seeking an administrator for our client in Horsham. Reporting to a team leader, you will provide a customer focused and efficient administrative service. You will be acting as a coordinating point of contact and will be responsible for all administrative, data collation and service queries. This role is due to end March 2024. Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm. Duties will include but not limited to: Delivering a range of administrative tasks to a high standard of quality within agreed timescales. Note taking at complex (often sensitive and/or confidential) meetings. Arrange large scale events and meetings, coordinating statutory panels, and collating and presenting information in a clear format. Preparing reports and agendas, producing accurate meeting minutes and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have the following: Good verbal communication skills for answering telephone queries effectively and communicating with colleagues and customers face to face and virtually. Clear and effective written communication skills to process information, to write non-standard correspondence under direction and respond to emails appropriately. Ability to embrace change and adapt to changing situations and new ways of working positively and effectively. Including the ability to learn new systems and processes Experience of working in an office environment. Sound and accurate overall IT knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Teams.
