Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Manage and maintain an inhouse database.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate parties.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of important documents and files.
Correspondence and Communication:
- Draft and edit various business documents, letters, and emails.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

£12.50ph
