Water Environmental Treatment Limited (W.E.T) are a well-established Legionella compliance and water treatment company managing 1000s of sites throughout the UK.
We are looking for an Administrator to join our head office team in Tamworth.

Administrator - The Role:
To support the operations back-office functions. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Working with the departments team leads
• Processing technician inbound paperwork via the company's software system
• Produce technicians' outbound paperwork
• Booking in works with clients
• Administration of fleet to include, booking in vehicles, registration, service and MOT via trackers
• Procurement and allocation of uniform and equipment
• Procurement of stationary
• Setting up training both in house and external
• Fielding incoming telephone calls
Administrator - Experience, Skills & Requirements:
• Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment is preferable
• Good organisational and time management
• Flexible work attitude
• IT literate including excel and adjusting to new IT systems
• Problem solving
• Works well as part of a team
