Global Manufacturing organisation based in Barry are currently looking to recruit an administrator to join our team on a full time basis - please see below more information and duties included:
Working hours will be Monday - Friday
40 hours per week
There may be a requirement to work overtime/weekends occasionally, and overtime pay is available for extra hours.
The Administrator role includes
Skills Required:
- Experienced with MS Office in particular spreadsheets, word and outlook.
- SAP knowledge would be beneficial, but not critical.
- Quick learner
Role requirements:
Office Management:
Managing office supplies (stationary, printer consumables)
Managing new requirements of team (Desks, hardware etc…)
Managing conference room facilities
Managing inventory of electronic hardware (Phones, Tablets, Access Badges etc…)
Providing General Admin Support for the group:
Setting up and minuting key meetings
Managing inputs to specific databases
Completing SAP changes as required
Supporting group with data analysis as required
Assisting with contractor on-boarding (arranging inductions and setting up desks)
Assisting group to arrange venues for training etc…
Managing work pack issue:
Electronic transmittal of work packs to vendors via share points,
Physically printing off work packs and issuing as required
