Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing inquiries promptly.
- Operating and dealing with a system called Simpro.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally, taking messages as needed.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars efficiently.
- Manage filing systems, both electronic and hard copy, with attention to detail.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence effectively.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Assist with general office duties such as copying and scanning.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Support special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information.
