Administrator
We are looking for an Administrator, who will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and provide an effective, efficient, and professional office management and support service to staff across the East Sussex Floating Support Service
Position: 1093 Administrator (East Sussex Floating Support Service)
Location: St Leonards-on-Sea
Salary: £21,369 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Full or part-time, 30 – 37 per week (Monday – Friday)
Closing Date: 6th February 2024
About the Role
You will provide a professional and welcoming reception and telephone service alongside high quality facilities for staff and visitors at the East Sussex offices in Polegate and St Leonards-On-Sea. This will include liaison with Central Services staff to support the management of health and safety issues in relation to the office environment, financial administrative functions and reporting IT issues.
About You
You will be an effective and efficient administrator with excellent communications skills and experience of database management and providing admin support to the wider team.
You will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to communicate at all levels and an understanding of the issues affecting people who require short term housing related support for a wide range of needs (e.g., accessing housing, managing a tenancy, money management, accessing specialist support).
