Administrator

Kerry Collins Recruitment are working with an extremely well established and prestigious client, who are based within the Newport area. Our client are currently looking to recruit two experienced Administrators to join their existing team and fast growing operation. 

Daily duties for the Administrator would be to provide and complete varied administrative tasks to support the business; this will include managing documentation, organising meetings, and maintaining files and records. You will also assist with data entry, report generation and other duties such as;

• Processing sales orders, purchase orders, delivery notes, transport requests, and daily management information
• Follow agreed processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information meets the client requirements
• Track and maintain all operational documentation as required
• Co-ordinate and book transport for outbound deliveries
• Co-ordinate and complete stock count on packaging, PPE, consumables at the agreed cadence
• Updating various stock and warehouse systems to ensure that theoretical stock available always reconciles with physical stock on hand
• Engage with external companies to ensure stock levels for packaging, PPE and consumables are maintained and order supplies where and when necessary.

• Excellent planning skills and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and able to work on own initiative or as part of a wider team 
• A good working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office 
• Attention to detail and be able to problem solve
• Work well under pressure

Hours/Shift patterns available are as follows;

Vacancy 1: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm (1hr lunch)

Vacancy 2: Tuesday to Saturday – Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 4pm. (1hr lunch)
