We are recruiting for our client they are a medium sized construction company based in Newcastle City Centre. We are looking for a full time office adiministrator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of thier office.
Duties will include
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documentss.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, candidates, and other external contacts.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments
Exprience
- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Must have referencable experience & similar experience
