Description As an Administrator your responsibilities will include: Provide efficient administrative support to the secretarial and business support team. Manage communications, including calls and emails, ensuring a professional and timely response. Organise and maintain records and databases in a confidential manner. Coordinate meetings, events and appointments as necessary. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to projects and initiatives within the organisation. Profile A successful Administrator should have: A strong understanding of secretarial and business support practices. Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently when required.
