Location: Cambridge (CB24)
Duration: 6 months initially, may be extended
Hours: 38.25 a week (Monday to Friday) with potential for an early finish on a Friday
Salary: 15 - 17 per hour / 29,800 - 33,800 pa

Polytec are looking for an experienced, pro-active Administrator for our engineering client based a few miles north of Cambridge. You will be working within the Quality Department supporting the team with various admin tasks and will also be involved with Facilities and Health & Safety administration. It is anticipated that this role will be for 6 months in the first instance.

Responsibilities:

Admin support for Quality, Facilities and Health & Safety Departments
General Office tasks

Requirements:

Previous administration experience within an engineering company and experience in QHSE useful
Positive and proactive with a willingness to learn and an ability to pick things up quickly
Good communication skills, confident in dealing with all levels
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
Accurate and thorough with an eye for detail
Able to handle working under pressure and to very tight deadlines
A team player
