We help businesses save money by offering HR services for a fraction of the cost of hiring an in-house HR Manager. Our retained clients have access to our team of advisers and enjoy full tribunal insurance.
Role Description (salary is £23,000)
This is an on-site role for an Administrator at The HR Dept South Warwickshire. The Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the team but will also need be responsible for some bookkeeping tasks so experience of using Xero would be beneficial.
Hours and working location
37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday. We can consider part-time hours.
The office base is at Pure Offices based in Warwick, but we are quite relaxed in terms of working from home on occasion when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ideally working knowledge of Xero
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus
- Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
