Job description

You will be required Monday to Friday at one of the offices in Middlesbrough. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, paying £21,750.

My client are a SEN education provider based in the North East.

Description

As an Administrator you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the organisation.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate management of documents and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and distribute minutes.
  • Assist with the organisation and execution of events and projects.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Job Offer
