Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a Charity based in Salisbury. This is a full-time position for roughly 8 - 9 months to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
- Scan all incoming legacy post
- Respond to enquiries from the public, solicitors, co-beneficiary charities
- Undertake administration duties to support the Trust's legacies
- Liaise with and thank supporters
- work with colleagues to ensure all legacy income is processed efficiently
Requirments:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills including Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
This position is working Monday to Friday in their head office based in Salisbury. This position is paying £24,000 FTE.
