My client are looking for a customer service executive to join their team. This position will be extremely varied and require you to oversee the maintenance and quality management of fleet vehicles. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive company that offer a number of benefits.
The right individual will have previous experience working in an administrative role where you will have had to prioritise tasks and work closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive:
- Preparing vehicles for pick up to ensure they meet health and safety regulations and are cleaned to a high standard
- Carrying out vehicle inspections on return to arrange for cleaning and maintenance work to be carried out
- Managing and arranging MOTs, services and general maintenance of the vehicles
- Carrying out a range of administrative duties
- Updating calendars to see when vehicles are being hired
- Managing stock to ensure budgets and supplies are met
Key skills of the Customer Service Executive:
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prioritise workload and tasks
- Strong IT skills
- Happy to work in both and indoor and outdoor environment
- Previous experience in a transport hire or rental company would be advantageous
- Great customer service skills
