Job Description
- Assisting with daily administrative duties.
- Supporting the Administrative department.
- Handling both inbound and outbound communication professionally.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Administration Assistant' should have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
