Administrator - Melbourne - Permanent - £20,115 - £20,589

The Opportunity

Credible Recruitment are supporting a family business located in Melbourne who are on the lookout for a new permanent employee to be integral to the established team, working as part of the administration department. The company offers longevity with ongoing training with continuous support. We are on the lookout for a confident and communicative administrator who has exceptional IT and Customer Service skills.

Overview of Duties

As an Administrator your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

  • Receiving and processing orders from initial enquiry through to quote, sale and dispatch
  • Ensuring prompt invoicing on dispatch of items
  • Maintain product label software system and produce where required working in collaboration with warehousing
  • Manage data input ensuring all communications are documented
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all work instructions, quality systems and audit requirements.
  • Develop knowledge of the service and products to ensure the best customer experience
  • Working with department managers, providing support in preparation of documentation and assistance in presentations
  • Providing informative statistics from financial production data at request
  • Gain a full understanding for the preparation and processing of packing and shipping documents in relation to export orders
  • Preparation for sign off, new updates and data storage of product specification sheets
  • Other administration tasks as deemed reasonable

Experience and Attributes

As an Administrator you will;

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Planning and organisation skills
  • Be self-motivated and a team player
  • Have good IT Skills specifically MS Office, Excel and ideally SAGE
  • Possess experience working in an administrative role
  • Have exceptional Customer service skills
  • Be a confident and clear communicator
