Belfast Brook Street (UK) Ltd is delighted to partner with our esteemed public sector client in the search for the perfect fit for their Band 3 Administrator. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to provide immediate agency cover for a dynamic three-month period, starting immediately. The successful candidate will be stationed in East Belfast, joining a vibrant and supportive team.
Key Details:
Location: East Belfast
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday during office hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive support service administration and finance assistance
- Collaborate effectively within a bustling service team
- Efficiently manage a variety of administrative tasks
- Utilize service-based systems to prioritize and accomplish tasks
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong customer service acumen
- 4 GCSE or above
- Exceptional multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administration or a similar role is advantageous
