Our client, an international engineering organisation based near Sutton-in-Ashfield, is looking to recruit an ambitious Administrator/Client Liaison/Customer Service Administrator starting IMMEDIATELY on a PERMANENT BASIS!
The successful candidate must have worked within Administration, AND HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS.
Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Administrator will take a proactive approach to the demands of our customers. To keep aligned with the market place and all departments in the company. Understanding the customer needs and the capabilities of the company so that the customer feels valued. Handling complaints professionally and communicating corrective actions back to the team, so that we can exceed expectations.
CORE SKILLS
A good communicator, both written and verbal, who is able to recognise, understand and meet customers reasonable expectations in terms of the sales of spares
Ability to use the company s CRM system in respect of the specific needs of the department to achieve the spares sales objective of the company
Ability to work within a team to accomplish the departments detailed actions plans to meet the demands of the business
Ability to promote the other services offered by the company i.e. service and training
Good understanding of the company s products and services
Independent and self motivated
Self confident and enthusiastic
