SalaryI am currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to work in the Gas Servicing team of a leading public sector organisation based I the S4 postcode of Sheffield near Attercliffe.
Your role will include:
- The logging of gas servicing failed access cases
- Checked for accuracy on cases and then passed to a visiting officer for action.
- This will be a busy role and data accuracy is of upmost importance
- Administration duties when required
- Liaising with colleagues with queries on data/cases
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be confident using various IT systems and able to pick up bespoke ones quickly
- Be a team player and support colleagues when required
- Have good data input skills
The hours of work will be from 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (37 hours) with some flexibility too.
Once trained, the role will be hybrid and can be done remotely whilst spending sometime in the office when required
