Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance?

Join our client's dynamic team at the heart of Edinburgh's bustling city centre as an Administration Assistant within their Finance Department!

Our clients working hours are 9am-5pm, this is a fully office based role.

Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
  • Assist in credit control activities, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Handle financial documentation, data entry, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.

Experience:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in credit control is a plus, but not mandatory.
