Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to Estimating department
- Document preparation and data entry in relation to tender submissions
- Ensure tender schedule is managed effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional office setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
