THE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:This is a very varied and busy job working alongside many departments to ensure clients' projects progress smoothly. This includes:
- Working with customers to approve artwork
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure relevant paperwork has been completed
- Close contact with suppliers to monitor production
- Inspect samples
- Work with logistics to dispatch items
- Updating information on company database.
- Prepare documents and other general administrative tasks.
- Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extremely well organised and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, juggling priorities and keeping calm under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
- GBP22,000 - GBP26,000, dependent on experience
