Administrator - Hybrid

Join a busy creative merchandise company as an Administrator with an option for hybrid working. A significant part of the role is working with the movie industry, and this is a role where you can make a real impact - not your average Administrator role! THE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:This is a very varied and busy job working alongside many departments to ensure clients' projects progress smoothly. This includes:

• Working with customers to approve artwork
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure relevant paperwork has been completed
• Close contact with suppliers to monitor production
• Inspect samples
• Work with logistics to dispatch items
• Updating information on company database.
• Prepare documents and other general administrative tasks.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Extremely well organised and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, juggling priorities and keeping calm under pressure
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• GBP22,000 - GBP26,000, dependent on experience
• 20 days holiday + public holidays
