Client Administrator | London - Hybrid | Leading Law Firm | Up to £30000.00 per annum
Join a leading law firm, based in beautiful London offices, on a permanent basis, as their new Client Administrator.
The Role:
Duties for this admin role will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the client inception module
- Liaise with the compliance team and fee earning team to complete the process
- Run conflict checks
- Open and close files and matters
- Produce first draft engagement letters
- Be responsible for processing bills, including
- Create and add client parties, scan certified AML, submit due diligence, complete compliance checklist and all relevant Inception Tab
- The Client Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of compliance and billing administration of these tasks on client matters.
About You:
- Applicants for this administrator position must have 2+ years of experience, working within a busy law firm.
