James Phillip Financial Recruitment are pleased to be working with a successful expanding Wealth Management brokerage. Expanding the team they are looking for an adminstrator/sales support to support one of the Directors.
Will suit a current adminstrator or IFA sales support currently working in an IFA brokerage or wealth managment firm or even mortgage brokerage. Office based in either Grimsby or Beverley office to suit candidate.
General Duties:
- Setting up and maintaining client files
- Ensuring back office systems are kept up to date and particularly at valuation point and if there have been any changes in the clients' circumstances.
- Day to day processing of application forms and administration forms for Ultra HNW clients
- Chasing underwriting position weekly for all protection cases.
- Producing valuations for Financial Planner(s) review meetings
- Creating meeting packs and meeting cover sheet for the Financial Planner(s)
