Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrator / Invoicing Assistant to join our Client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to the finance department. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Initially work would be 1-2 days per week for 3-4 weeks, specifically to help with the issue of invoices but also some other minor admin duties. Invoicing is undertaken from a bespoke software package and relevant initial training and support would be given.
Invoices are then generated through the software, approved by an appropriate person in the office and the candidate would then issue these to clients by e-mail.
Our Client can be flexible on the days.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
Provide support to the finance department as needed
Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any invoicing issues
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and payments
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
