About the Role
We are looking to recruit a team administrator to support Hartwood House. This team work within Gloucestershire County Council’s Disabled Children’s Service, providing children with planned short breaks.
Your role would be to support the team with a variety of administrative tasks, process financial documents to ensure our children, families and young people receive the necessary funding as required, whilst providing good customer service in person and on the telephone.
Duties will include: -
- Dealing with telephone enquiries, taking messages and alerting the team
- Preparing documents using Microsoft Word
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Processing finance requests using SAP
