Hooray are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services organisation in the recruitment for an Administrator to join their Legal Team on a full-time, temporary basis for 10 months.

35 hours Monday - Friday

As an Administrator you will:
- Assist with the management of data subject access requests
- Assist in the collection of relevant personal data from across the organisation in like with the data access requests
- Assist in the review of information collected in data searches to enable the redaction of third-party data and any other relevant exceptions.
- Escalate issues to management on a timely basis
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail.
- Ability to keep track of and manage multiple cases against strict deadlines.
- An understanding of data protection as established by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
- Strong customer service skills.
- An understanding of the exemptions and exceptions applicable to data subject access requests.
