Join our client as an Office Administrator!
They are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Peterborough to Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Role Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls, raise Purchase Orders and prepare reports and documents
- Create, maintain, and update company records ensuring accuracy of information
- Perform receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, copying etc
- Oversee your own inbox as well as multiple shared mailboxes
- Complete client questionnaires/new client forms and attach relevant documentation
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meeting and prepare reports and documents
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues by performing tasks with integrity and honesty
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
- Experience in raising POs and knowledge of checking invoices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, individually and as a team
You'll be a well presented, approachable and professional. Excellent organisation and time management is essential for this role. Your attention to detail will be thorough and accurate with the ability to multi-task.
The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 in Peterborough.
Salary Starting from £24,000 (dependent upon experience)
