Administrator

Our Theale based client are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months, but it is likely to extend, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

• Location: Theale
• Office based position
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible between 8am - 5.30pm
• Pay rate: 11.44 per hour
• Start ASAP

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Confirming delivery due dates for your portfolio of suppliers
• Updating database with delivery dates on bespoke progressing system
• Processing orders on the database
• Liaising with our sales teams to provide updates for their customers.
• Working closely with the stock control team and warehouse
• Assisting with customer warranty queries
• Updating internal reports as and when required.

Requirements:

• Good time management skills are required along with the ability to prioritise work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel/Word
• Confident telephone manner
