Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

The Oakleaf Group are seeking to appoint an Administrator to join the team. You will be responsible for helping to provide an efficient and accessible administration service to support the smooth running and effective management of the service. The job requires both efficiency and well-developed personal skills.
The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with strong administrative and IT skills. You will have exceptional organisational skills and will ensure a reliable and competent service is provided. Confidentiality will prove important as well as a proactive and professional approach to all tasks.
The main responsibilities of the Administrator will be to attend resident reviews and produce accurate and comprehensive minutes/summaries, therefore experience of minute taking is essential. The Administrator will also attend daily Safety Huddle Meetings and weekly Multidisciplinary Meetings and produce minutes and actions for the clinical team. Other responsibilities will include providing cover for the receptionist and organising ad hoc meetings for the clinical team.
This is a busy role and requires the candidate must have the following:
- Minimum of GCSE English and Maths (or ability to prove competence at equivalent level)
- Experience of working as an effective team member in an office environment
- Ability to use current versions of Microsoft Office applications competently (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of Minute Taking
