New Year New Job Roles! Our client is seeking some strong NHS administrators to join as 'Digital Health Change Agents'. The role is on a temporary basis, and the key responsibilities are listed below.
Pay: GBP11.57 (Band 4)
Hours: Full-time
Location: Norwich, NR4 (hybrid)
Duration: asap - until March
The successful candidate will play a key part in the process mapping and engagement with Trust resources who will be impacted/involved with the transition to the new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
Key Skills:
- Previous expereince as NHS administrator
- Previous expereince in customer service environment
- Minute taking
- Creating statistical reports
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Visto
- Potential training creation and delivery tasks
Key Responsibilities and Purpose:
- Understand the introduced change and map ways of working across the Trust
- Work with various stakeholders including senior management
- Support the overall agenda as required, including quality improvement and pathway mapping in the wider context of the team
- Analyse inpatient and outpatient work practices
- Use the Electronic Document Management Solutions (EDMS) Programme
