Administrator
Location – Ascot/Hybrid – office based for probationary period
37.5 hours (Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm)
Salary – Up to £25,000 DOE plus excellent company benefits!
My client, based in Ascot, is looking for an Administrator to join their busy team. The company is rapidly growing, so there is a real opportunity to make a difference to the growth of the company and to progress your career with them!
There is a family feel to the business and an open-door policy. The role is fast paced, but the culture is work hard, play hard and they do arrange to socialise outside of work, and arrange outings such as dinners and cinema trips etc.
Your duties in the role include:-
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with excellent customer service
- Administering the set-up process for all new clients, this includes liaising with internal managers regarding the client’s service requirements
- Handling client enquiries
- Updating and chasing clients
- All client administration, including database management and submitting compliance documents
- Providing reception cover when required, also managing the reception area ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Sending letters of engagement
- Verifying clients ID
- Scanning and filing electronic documents
- Any other ad hoc admin tasks
Essential criteria:-
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills
- Aptitude for learning new skills
- Friendly
- Can-do-attitude
